Is my formula data safe?
Your organization controls access to its records. ERRA provides encryption in transit and at rest, role-based permissions, MFA, preserved approval history and data export. Each customer's records are isolated from every other customer's, and approval history cannot be edited after the fact.
Is ERRA providing regulatory advice?
No. ERRA supports your team's review. Final compliance responsibility belongs to you and your qualified regulatory reviewers.
What if I want to leave?
You own your data. Self-serve record exports have size limits and identify omitted records. CSV exports of key records are available. A complete copy including files is available as an assisted export. Retention and deletion follow the applicable agreement and policy.
